A. Order Processing Time

• After order confirmation, it typically takes 3 to 7 business days for us to carefully package and prepare your artwork for shipping.

• For commissioned or custom-made artworks, the processing time will be determined based on the discussion between the artist and you.

B. Shipping Methods and Delivery

• We use trusted and experienced courier services specializing in artwork shipment. Every shipment is insured.

• Shipping timelines depend on the destination:

  • Domestic Shipping: Usually 5–10 business days.

  • International Shipping: Usually 15–30 business days. (Note: International shipments may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.)

• You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

C. Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are determined based on the size, weight, and destination of the artwork.

• The exact shipping cost will be displayed on the checkout page when you place your order.

D. Damage in Transit and Insurance

• Each artwork is meticulously packaged to protect it from damage during transit.

• If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide photographic evidence of the damage to both the packaging and the artwork.

• We will arrange for compensation or replacement (if the original artwork cannot be replaced, a full refund will be issued)
